DowSyn mPAO150 is a very high viscosity metallocene polyalphaolefin base oil designed for the most demanding synthetic lubricant applications. Its metallocene-derived molecular structure ensures excellent shear stability and highly predictable viscosity behavior. The base oil delivers superior film strength, even under extreme load and temperature conditions. DowSyn mPAO150 shows outstanding thermal and oxidative resistance, helping lubricants maintain integrity during prolonged high-stress operation. Despite its high viscosity, it maintains favorable low-temperature characteristics compared to conventional high-viscosity base stocks. The product’s low volatility contributes to reduced oil loss and improved lubricant efficiency.
